Location: Genf
This is a hands‑on assignment requiring immediate impact & Availability. The role covers the management of distributors and direct retail partners, with full ownership of commercial performance and market execution
DescriptionThe ideal candidate is someone who can integrate rapidly, operate autonomously, and manage complex commercial environments from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop relationships with distributors and retailers across some assigned European Countries.
- Take full ownership of commercial performance and market execution
- Ensure continuity and implementation of existing commercial strategies
- Act as the main commercial point of contact for assigned stakeholders
- Oversee a 360° commercial scope, including:
- Sales performance and forecasting
- Budget ownership and financial follow‑up
- Marketing and investments
- Investment templates and ROI tracking
- Currency impact and business performance
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, marketing, finance, e‑commerce, analytics)
- Monitor market execution, including retail excellence and point‑of‑sale performance
- Proven experience in the personal care sector, FMCG industry (strongly preferred)
- Mandatory experience managing distributors (candidates without distributor exposure will not be considered)
- Solid level background in Sales, Key Account Management or Area Management
- Ability to become operational immediately
- Strong understanding of distributor business models and indirect sales structures
- Comfortable working independently with minimal onboarding or supervision
- Strong commercial judgment and stakeholder management skills
- Humble, pragmatic and collaborative
- Proactively seeks information and alignment
- Strong communicator with high relational intelligence
- Able to integrate quickly into existing teams
- Solution‑oriented, hands‑on and autonomous
- Effective in short‑term, high‑impact missions
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe 25%
