The successful candidate will work closely with international colleagues, negotiating and closing trades with top-tier counter parties across both physical and derivative products.

• Trading & Negotiation:
  Execute physical and derivative transactions with qualified counter parties in environmental commodity markets.
• Business Development:
  Prospect for new clients, manage existing relationships, and identify fresh opportunities.
• Market Expansion:
  Contribute to the growth of low-carbon and renewable commodity markets.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure robust risk management, effective trade execution, and adherence to company guidelines.
• Post-Trade Quality:
  Ensure disciplined processes and maintain the highest standards of quality control.

• Degree in Environmental Studies, Commodities, Energy Economics, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a commercial B2B role — ideally within commodity trading, brokerage, or related sector.
• Knowledge of environmental commodity markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in technology tools and platforms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Confident, adaptable, effective under pressure.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.
