NEXUS Automotive International is managing consolidated sales above 50 billion €.
Mission: Support Nexus’ Financial Planning & Control activities by ensuring accurate and timely data collection, import and control, Suppliers & Members reconciliations, invoices, etc. Maintain the integrity of core business flows. Coordinate with internal teams to process revenues, payments, and compliance updates. Contribute to year-end closing, performance monitoring, and audit preparation. Support the implementation of new systems (CRM/ERP) and strategic data projects.
Key Responsibilities Business Flow Management- Ensure daily follow-up on suppliers/distrubutors requests and monitor figures & data upload accuracy.
- Update templates/lists for suppliers & distributors announcements.
- Maintain database (contracts, agreements).
- Support onboarding of suppliers & distributors, including database training coordination.
- Perform regular supplier & distributors reconciliations; process suppliers data and prepare invoices.
- Follow up on suppliers payments for credit notes and member final payments.
- Track changes: new/departing suppliers/distributors and contract condition impacts.
Accounting
- Follow up on accounting revenues, cash flow status, and payments with Accounting and Internal Controlling team.
- Monitor NAI revenue allocation and splits.
Projects & Process Improvements
- Support development of new CRM/ERP tools.
- Contribute to data projects (API, product/vehicle categorization, harmonization).
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to manage large datasets accurately.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas) and good overall digital literacy.
- Strong communication capabilities both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and rigor in data handling, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, business development, and external stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling recurrent monthly/quarterly cycles.
- Fluent in English (written & verbal).
- Experience in financial reconciliation, accounting operations, or invoicing.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Hub Spot, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of data structures or database tools (e.g., handling data uploads).
- Exposure to annual audits, revenue reporting, or financial controls.
