1. Position Summary

The Junior Transformation Officer plays a key role in driving the execution of Group Compliance’s transformation agenda. The role focuses on monitoring project progress
, following up on key initiatives
, and supporting operational teams in the formalisation of documents, deliverables, and governance materials.

Working closely with the Chief of Staff and the leadership team, the Junior Transformation Officer helps ensure that strategic projects are well structured, tracked, and delivered on time
. This includes preparing and consolidating content for steering committees and management meetings, running smaller projects or work streams end-to-end
, and contributing to the continuous improvement of methods, templates, and tools.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain exposure to strategic topics, change initiatives, and senior stakeholders within Group Compliance.

2.

Key Responsibilities Project and initiative follow-up
  • Track the progress of key projects and initiatives within Group Compliance (milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies).
  • Maintain and update project dashboards and trackers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Follow up with project owners and workstream leads on actions, deadlines, and open points, and escalate issues when required.
  • Contribute to the identification of risks and issues, and support the definition and follow-up of mitigation actions.
Running projects and work streams
  • Take ownership of smaller projects or specific work streams within larger programmes (from scoping to delivery).
  • Coordinate stakeholders, plan activities, and monitor progress against objectives and timelines.
  • Contribute to change management activities (communication, awareness sessions, simple training materials) when relevant.
Content preparation and formalisation
  • Support operational teams in the formalisation of project documentation (charters, roadmaps, action plans, status reports).
  • Prepare and structure presentations and briefing materials for steering committees, management meetings, and other governance forums.
  • Contribute to the standardisation and improvement of templates (slides, reports, action logs, decision logs).
Continuous improvement and support
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ways of working within Group Compliance (process simplification, better tracking, clearer documentation).
  • Help identify and implement efficiency gains.
3. Competencies and Skills Technical and organisational skills
  • Strong data, organisational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines in parallel.
  • Very good command of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI); experience with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, One Note, etc.).
  • Ability to structure information, summarise discussions, and formalise decisions and action plans.
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through; proactive in chasing and closing actions.
  • Attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to interact with senior stakeholders with confidence and tact.
  • Team player, flexible, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Science, Management or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Project Management Officer, Committee Secretary, or Chief of Staff support) in a banking or financial services environment is an asset.
  • Experience in preparing minutes, tracking actions, and supporting governance forums is highly valued.
  • Previous exposure to an international and multicultural environment is a plus.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Science, Management or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Project Management Officer, Committee Secretary, or Chief of Staff support) in a banking or financial services environment is an asset.
  • Experience in preparing minutes, tracking actions, and supporting governance forums is highly valued.
  • Previous exposure to an international and multicultural environment is a plus.
5. Languages
  • English and French: fluent spoken and written.
