Sales Support Specialist

Working closely with the Sales Director and Account Managers, you will contribute to the success of the sales team by assisting with meetings, client interactions, sales performance monitoring, and projects.

• Internal team meetings organisation:
  Prepare and consolidate material and training, take minutes and follow up on action items defined during the meetings.
• Organisation of client events (road shows, workshops, lunch & learn, education sessions):
  Venues booking, monitoring of invitations and management of the registrations, oversight of the logistics.
• Driving SFDC compliance:
  Monitor SFDC compliance KPIs (focus on pipeline accuracy and coaching card compliance); create and track reports related to customer activities such as usage, marketing engagement, leads, sales, pricing; ensure critical client contacts are mapped in cooperation with the Marketing team.
• Projects execution by providing project management and tracking sheets, project plans, weekly statuses on initiatives such as new services launch, global account planning, strategic accounts review, market research, etc.
