Independent Partner​/Recruitment Consultant

Norman Alex is an International Executive Search offering recruitment and corporate development services to companies in the Financial Services and Technology sectors. From our head office in Monaco and network of offices elsewhere, we operate throughout Europe, the US and Latin America. ()

We're looking to onboard someone in our Geneva Office with strong business development experience in one of our specialized sectors. The person would be self-employed with a high revenue share and the support of a strong team and brand. Consideration could also be given on a salaried basis to younger candidates already working in recruitment and looking for a more entrepreneurial business model.

The working language is French/English with other languages (German, Italian,…), being a definite advantage. Ideally, the person would be based in Switzerland, but we wouldn't exclude someone working remotely out of other locations. We're looking for someone with the rare combination of being able to work as a strategic partner but also having the energy to succeed in a competitive environment.

You should have at least 5 years' experience in Financial Services or Executive Search and have a proven track record in international business development.

This is an interesting opportunity if you are currently working in a large recruitment firm, and if you are looking for an entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and with a very attractive fee-share (which is typically as much as 70% of total revenue generated). If you are working in a smaller structure, you can benefit from our international coverage and network.
