Business Process Manager

Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.

As a Business Process Manager (BPM) within Reporting Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence across client reporting operations. Reporting to the Head of Reporting Services, you will act as a subject matter expert for transversal process improvements, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize end‑to‑end processes and deliver best‑in‑class client reporting solutions.

• Oversee, document, and optimize transversal processes related to client reporting, including portfolio statements, transaction advices, and performance analysis reports.
• Identify and analyse user pain points and areas for improvement, quantifying expected productivity gains and enhancing user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to align on process boundaries, dependencies, and strategic improvements.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex and critical incidents, supporting effective resolution and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation of business rules and processes and promote process awareness and alignment across the organization.
• Assess the impact of new product launches on existing processes and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure process integrity.
• Serve as the main point of contact for process‑related queries and incidents, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders.

• University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process optimization, business analysis, or project management within banking or professional services firms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative and client‑oriented mindset with a focus on teamwork and building relationships.
• Familiarity with client reporting processes, regulatory requirements, and digital tools is highly valued.
• Proficiency in English;
  German is an asset.
• Domiciled in Switzerland.
