Business Operations Manager

Aqua Swim is a dynamic and growing swim school dedicated to providing top-notch swimming education in a fun and supportive environment. We’re looking for a organized, tech‑savvy, and proactive Business Operations Manager to join our team in Geneva and support our day-to-day operations.

• General Administration – Manage emails, schedules, and supplies.
• HR Support – Assist with contracts, payroll, recruitment and onboarding new team members.
• Finance & Numbers – Handle invoices, payments, and basic financial tracking.
• Tech & Design – Use Canva and tools for simple graphics and manage databases/software.
• Client & Team Communication – Answer calls, respond to queries, and support the swim team.
• Flexibility – Help with various projects as needed in a fast‑paced environment.

• Tech‑Savvy – Comfortable using CRM, spreadsheets, and office software.
• Organized & Detail‑Oriented – You love keeping things in order.
• Good with Numbers – Confident with invoicing and basic financial tasks.
• Great Communicator – Friendly on the phone and good at handling client requests.
• HR Experience a Plus – If you’ve worked with contracts or payroll before, that’s a bonus!
• Flexible & Proactive – Ready to jump in where needed, especially on weekends.
• Multilingual – French and English at a minimum.
