As a Business Process Manager (BPM) within Reporting Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and excellence across client reporting operations. Reporting to the Head of Reporting Services, you will act as a subject matter expert for transversal process improvements, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimise end‑to‑end processes and deliver best‑in‑class client reporting solutions.
Your role- Oversee, document, and optimise transversal processes related to client reporting, including portfolio statements, transaction advices, and performance analysis reports.
- Identify and analyse user pain points and areas for improvement, quantifying expected productivity gains and enhancing user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to align on process boundaries, dependencies, and strategic improvements.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of complex and critical incidents, supporting effective resolution and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Ensure up‑to‑date documentation of business rules and processes and promote process awareness and alignment across the organisation.
- Assess the impact of new product launches on existing processes and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure process integrity.
- Serve as the main point of contact for process‑related queries and incidents, providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process optimisation, business analysis, or project management within banking or professional services firms.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative and client‑oriented mindset focused on teamwork and relationship building.
- Familiarity with client reporting processes, regulatory requirements, and digital tools is highly valued.
- Proficiency in English;
German is an asset. - Domiciled in Switzerland.
