Independent Recruitment Consultant

We are looking to integrate senior future partners into our team in Geneva. As a future partner, you would be responsible for developing clients within our specialized activities. We could, however, consider people interested in developing new business sectors if the profile is interesting.

Whilst the main focus would be on recruitment, you must also be able to think strategically and be capable of developing corporate finance and consulting projects. As well as working with a classic mandate, you should also be able to originate ideas proactively and think “outside the box”.

It should be noted that the geographical scope of your work will not be limited by the office location but depend more on your own business expertise and network of contacts.

Most of our senior people have an independent rather than salaried status and we offer an extremely attractive fee-share.
