IOM Development Fund interns work under guidance from the Fund Administrator and collaborate with IOM field offices worldwide. The programme targets students and graduates with an interest in migration policy, development, and international cooperation.
Interns gain exposure to project management, reporting, and communications while contributing to fund-related activities. Applicants should be in the final year or recent graduates, aged 20–36, with less than two years of relevant experience.
