About The Team You Are JoiningThe Airline, Airport and Security OCS department provides the aviation industry with transformative operational and compliance solutions helping to drive overall profitability and sustainability.
Within the AAS Department, IATA’s portfolio of Compliance Solutions & Publications are the reliable source of international standards and guidelines, helping aviation organizations (Airlines, Airports, Ground Handling Service Providers amongst others) improve their operational performance and reduce risks.
Its primary focus is on developing, conducting, and enhancing IATA's survey programs which have a major impact on airlines, helping to optimize passenger satisfaction, safety and other areas benefiting from survey and benchmark intelligence.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager AAS Compliance Solutions & Publications, you will support the team with the operations and marketing of current and new products within our portfolio.
What Your Day Would Be Like- Monitor and manage operations of IATA’s publications within the Ground Ops, Airport & Passenger Experience, and Safety & Security portfolios, ensuring smooth operations leading to excellent content quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the coordination of the Publications H2 campaign within our portfolio, working with OSS, the IATA Store, GDS, and Distribution teams to ensure timely action of all campaign requirements, and providing regular reporting to management. Your organizational skills will keep us on track and moving forward during our largest campaign of the year.
- Working closely with the IATA Store, develop a detailed analysis of the Publications auto-renewal campaign, with recommendations for future campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, and analyze market trends, to inform strategic decisions and improve service offerings.
- Optimization of our processes with Sales and Customer Service teams – streamlining our internal training efforts and increasing product knowledge, that will contribute to improving customer experiences.
- Represent the department in cross-departmental initiatives, acting as an internal expert for the IATA Compliance Solutions and Publications within our portfolio.
- Work with SMEs and customers to identify, define, and evaluate opportunities for portfolio optimization, supporting our transition to more digital solutions.
- Manage partners, vendors, and internal processes, ensuring optimal outcomes for IATA and its customers.
- University degree (bachelor or postgraduate) in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in product management, marketing, or business development activities. Experience with e-commerce, project management, or market analysis projects is an advantage.
- Experience in new product concept development, feature definition and development of innovative business models;
- Ability to work precisely, accurately and independently.
- Aviation industry background is desired but not required.
- Customer orientated with good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build sustainable relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, with data analysis and financial analysis abilities.
- Excellent English writing and oral skills; additional languages would be an asset.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural team environment.
