Type of contract: Permanent, full-time position.
Mission: The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for the efficient execution and control of operational processes related to NEXUS members and suppliers. The role ensures data accuracy, contract administration, billing execution, reconciliation activities, and operational compliance, supporting the overall effectiveness of the Commercial Operations function.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain member and supplier profiles in Hub Spot.
- Manage member and supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle.
- Execute supplier invoicing and member reimbursement processes.
- Administer member and supplier accounts within SAP and related systems.
- Perform reconciliations between CRM, contractual and financial data.
- Monitor and ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of business data.
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes and controls.
- High quality and reliability of member and supplier data.
- Timely and accurate contract and invoicing administration.
- Effective reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
- Compliance with operational procedures and controls.
- Efficient support to the Supplier and Member Business Partner teams.
- Previous experience in business operations, back-office administration, commercial operations, finance administration, or a similar operational support role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data.
- Good understanding of contract administration, invoicing processes, account management, and operational controls.
- Comfortable working with CRM, ERP, and business systems; experience with Hub Spot and SAP is a strong asset.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative workflows and deadlines in parallel.
- Analytical mindset and ability to perform reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and follow through on corrective actions.
- Fluent in English;
French is a strong advantage.
