Yourkey responsibilities
- Act as central point of contact - liaise with your international clients and colleagues with respect to direct tax accounting issues
- Participate as part of the Primary Team in tax audits of International Groups and single legal entities in Switzerland
- Contribute with your knowledge to BEPS
2.0 projects - Lead clients on established accounts, seeking process improvement opportunities in both EY and client processes and implementing services for new clients
- Manage account resourcing, budget, and delivery
- Develop and coach the team involving the global EY-Shared-Service-Center structures
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Tax Accounting and/or Tax Audit functions, preferably in an international setting
- Solid understanding of general and tax accounting principles, as well as reporting concepts (including temporary and permanent differences, current and deferred taxes, etc.) and technical expertise in US GAAP and/or IFRS tax accounting
- Experience in designing, executing, and supervising tax audit procedures for headquarters of multinational corporations as part of a primary team
- Ideally, experience in transfer pricing principles with excellent knowledge in Excel
- Ability to analyze the tax accounting implications of complex transactions
- Analytical mindset combined with effective communication abilities
- Proficiency in English is required;
German is considered a plus
