Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative and commercial activities for Client Relationship Managers (CRMs)
- Manage retro cessions and related commissions
- Handle account openings, closings and all required documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal / external regulations (FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.)
- Prepare documentation and materials for client meetings
- Respond to client enquiries by email or telephone
- Execute, control and monitor client instructions (payments, FX, stock exchange transactions, static data changes)
- Monitor credit lines and investment maturities
- Follow up and resolve administrative issues
- University degree in Finance
- First relevant experience in Private Banking or External Asset Manager support
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
Avaloq knowledge is an advantage - Strong ability to prioritise, solve problems and work independently under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- High level of integrity, flexibility, accountability and work ethic
