We are a fast-growing independent M&A advisory boutique with a strong track record of cross-border transactions across Europe-Middle East —Southeast Asia. We pride ourselves on delivering senior-level attention, bespoke solutions, and independent advice to entrepreneurs, corporates, and investors.

We are seeking a seasoned M&A Director to join the Geneva office. This is a strategic hire aimed at strengthening the cross-border capabilities and expanding our footprint in the Swiss and broader European market. The ideal candidate will be a native or locally rooted professional with deep market knowledge and a strong track record in M&A execution and origination.

• Lead and execute cross-border M&A transactions across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
• Originate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide strategic advice to mid-market clients, ensuring high-quality service and access to global capital.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the firm's growth and strategic direction.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.

• 10+ years of M&A experience across Swiss & European markets.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages required (French or German is essential).
• Track record with strong origination capabilities.
