CIS Specialist Onboarding & Periodic Reviews Compliance Officer

Position:
Compliance Analyst/Officer. Join an international and dynamic team of 20 colleagues based in Zürich, Geneva or Lugano, developing compliance skills in a high‑stakes, visible role with extensive front‑office contact.

• Conduct AML/TF due diligence for client onboarding, including standard and enhanced reviews for Russian/CIS markets.
• Perform periodic reviews, executing enhanced AML/TF due diligence on high‑risk, special high‑risk, PEP cases and complex cases with CIS analysis.
• Provide advice and support to the Front Office on all KYC/AML matters, including CIS.
• Present HRC/PEP/SHRC cases to the Client Acceptance Committee, delivering risk assessments and compliance recommendations.

• Minimum 5 years experience in compliance roles (KYC/AML/TF, transaction monitoring, FATCA) within a Swiss private bank.
• Proven knowledge and experience in CIS markets is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  Russian and/or CIS languages are preferred;
  German, French or Italian are a plus.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, integrity and self‑driven mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time‑management and ability to meet tight deadlines on remediation programs.
• Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected tasks.
