We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Wealth Management team in Geneva. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and client‑focused environment, working alongside industry experts to deliver exceptional wealth management solutions.
Your primary responsibilities:- Provide administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers, including tailored client reports and presentations.
- Facilitate professional client interactions, coordinate meetings, and ensure a positive experience.
- Handle financial transactions (stock exchange, FX, FD, loans) and assist with credit applications and KYC procedures.
- Manage account operations (openings, closures, payments) while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Serve as the operational link between the Geneva branch and Zurich central functions, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Support the Branch Manager with operational, organisational, and regulatory tasks. Oversee local implementation and monitoring of centrally defined processes and risk initiatives.
- Enhance communication, prioritisation, and collaboration on inter‑site and cross‑location projects.
- Conduct data analysis using MIS (Power BI), manage budgets, and perform portfolio and revenue assessments.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, ideally in an Assistant Relationship Manager or similar support role.
- Previous experience with Avaloq or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Private Banking processes, documentation standards, and client servicing expectations.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, fostering productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is required.
- Strong service orientation with a client‑centric mindset.
- Self‑motivated, quick to learn, and focused on achieving results with a commitment to quality.
- Skilled at meeting tight deadlines and performing effectively under pressure.
- Highly organised and structured in approach.
