THE ROLEAs Reporting & Consolidation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of the Group’s financial reporting and consolidation process. You will be responsible for coordinating and producing consolidated financial results across multiple entities, ensuring alignment with Group accounting policies and IFRS standards.
Working closely with the Finance Manager, local finance teams, regional controllers, and external auditors, you will help drive high‑quality, timely, and standardized financial reporting across the organization. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.
YOUR IMPACT- Coordinate and prepare monthly Group financial reporting in line with the Group reporting calendar and deadlines.
- Ensure timely, consistent, and accurate financial reporting across all Group entities in close collaboration with local finance teams and regional controllers.
- Perform monthly Group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments, and preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Support the Finance Manager in ensuring the integrity and completeness of the Group consolidation process.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reporting inconsistencies and ensure alignment of accounting treatments across entities.
- Support the harmonization and standardization of accounting policies, processes, and reporting principles across the Group.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure consistent application of Group accounting policies.
- Maintain the Group chart of accounts and support updates related to acquisitions, restructurings, or system changes.
- Prepare and maintain monthly consolidation adjustments, ensuring appropriate documentation, review, and control processes.
- Support the transfer of recurring consolidation adjustments to local teams, ensuring proper governance and controls are in place.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-year, and full-year consolidated reporting packages for management and external stakeholders.
- Support monthly P&L and balance sheet analysis in collaboration with the Controlling team.
- Support the design and implementation of internal controls related to consolidation and reporting processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and consolidation system enhancements.
- Act as a key contact for external auditors during interim and year‑end audit processes.
- Participate in ad hoc finance projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and Group initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting, ideally with exposure to Group consolidation.
- Background in external audit (Big 4 or equivalent) or multinational corporate environment strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and consolidation principles, including intercompany eliminations and multi‑entity reporting.
- Experience in multi‑currency and multi‑entity environments is required.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems; exposure to consolidation tools is an advantage.
- Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset with a strong drive for process improvement.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
