Location: Genf

A privately owned and family-managed fiduciary based in Geneva is looking for their new Wealth Planner.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and intermediaries
  • Provide tailored wealth planning solutions across trust, estate, succession, and asset structuring matters
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of international private clients while ensuring high service standards
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to business development initiatives
  • Leverage and expand an existing professional network of clients, advisors, family offices, and intermediaries
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including legal, tax, and fiduciary specialists
  • Support marketing and client acquisition activities through networking events, presentations, and relationship management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex wealth structuring and fiduciary matters
  • Monitor client needs and market developments to proactively identify tailored solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in trust, wealth planning, fiduciary, or private banking environments
  • Strong expertise working with UHNW and international private clients
  • Proven track record in relationship management and business development
  • Established professional network within the wealth management, fiduciary, or private client industry
  • STEP qualification is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with a client‑centric approach
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered an advantage
