Why This Role Matters:
As Product Manager – Investments, you own the product layer of Alpian’s wealth offering – translating investment strategy into scalable, high-quality digital experiences. You sit at the intersection of investments, technology and client experience, ensuring our wealth products (investment mandates, 3a Pillar, vested benefits, wealth planning) are effectively delivered throughout our platform while maintaining excellence and client trust.

• Own the investment product roadmap and objectives; coordinate stakeholders to achieve them
• Drive maximum impact through data analysis, market research, and company strategy; measuring each initiative's results
• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and improvement
• Translate portfolio construction and investment strategies into scalable digital solutions
• Ensure consistency between investment logic and the client-facing experience
• Collaborate with Investment, Technology, Design, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Communicate product performance and roadmap to senior leadership
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications

• 3–6+ years of experience as Product Manager or in a similar role at the intersection of finance and technology
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, or wealth management
• Proven ability to turn complex financial concepts into intuitive digital experiences in fintech
• Familiarity with investment concepts (asset allocation, ETFs/funds, discretionary/advisory mandates)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Fluency in English;
  French is a strong asset

• Experience in private banking, digital wealth platforms, or robo-advisory
• Basic coding or data skills (e.g., SQL, Python)

• Strong ownership mindset and accountability
• Ability to bridge business, investments, and technology
• Structured thinking and prioritization skills
• Client-centric approach with attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across teams
• Curiosity and interest in innovation in wealth management
