Accountant, Financial Reporting, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

On behalf of a financial institution established in Geneva, we are seeking an Accountant
.

• Perform bookkeeping entries, bank reconciliations and accounting controls
• Process invoices, payments and expense reports
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support the monitoring of cash positions and treasury-related activities
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple entities and structures
• Coordinate with external fiduciaries, auditors, tax advisors and banking counterparts
• Maintain accounting records and ensure proper documentation and filing
• Ensure strict confidentiality and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience acquired within a fiduciary, trust, private bank or family office in Switzerland
• Exposure to multi-entity and/or international structures would be a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of Swiss accounting principles
• Reliable, discreet, proactive and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English and French is required
