Position: Private Banking Assistant, UK Market (7-month contract)

Private Banking Assistant – UK Market (7‑month contract)

Location:

Geneva, Switzerland.

Contract:

7months. Domicile:
Switzerland.

Responsibilities
  • Support Private Bankers with client administrative and commercial activities to deliver premium service to UHNW and HNW clients.
  • Provide clients with information on their portfolios.
  • Verify, process and place transfer and market orders in the system per client instructions; follow up and ensure accurate execution.
  • Liaise with internal services to resolve clients’ requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage account openings, monitor account formalities, cash management and overdrafts.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing/recording documentation, KYC, ALM alerts monitoring and documentation updates in collaboration with Private Bankers.
  • Prepare presentation material for client meetings and business development activities under the guidance of Private Bankers.
  • Deal with client mailings and support clients with online access.
Qualifications
  • Academic or commercial education in the financial field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of the G2 in‑house tool is a plus.
  • Perfect command of English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Banking services (e.g., Lombard Loans, Portfolio Management, Life Insurance).
  • Professional, pleasant personality; ability to integrate into an existing team and work as part of a team.
  • Commercial spirit, excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong resilience to stress, multi‑tasking and prioritisation skills.
  • High sense of confidentiality.
