Location: Genf

We are partnering with a leading, independent External Asset Management business to appoint a high‑calibre Relationship Manager focused on ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients across Europe and the wider EMEA region.

The role provides a high degree of autonomy, supported by access to multiple custodians, global investment solutions, and best‑in‑class wealth structuring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and grow a diversified portfolio of UHNW clients across Europe and the broader EMEA. Driving client acquisition through your personal network and market presence
  • Act as a trusted adviser, providing holistic guidance across investments, asset allocation, private markets, structuring, and wealth planning
  • Leverage the platform’s open architecture to deliver best‑in‑class, multi‑custodian and cross‑border solutions aligned to client needs
  • Maintain a disciplined, entrepreneurial approach to revenue generation, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support sustainable growth
Qualifications
  • Proven track record as a senior private banker or relationship manager covering UHNW clients across Europe/EMEA, with a strong history of originating, transferring, and scaling client portfolios and full revenue ownership
  • An established, portable client book and strong network of UHNW relationships across key European and/or EMEA jurisdictions
  • Deep understanding of complex wealth structures, multi‑jurisdictional considerations (including tax and regulatory frameworks), and a broad spectrum of investment products
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and build a scalable client franchise
  • Strong client‑centric approach, with a focus on trust, discretion, and long‑term relationship management
