Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will be in charge of Maison worldwide HR & FTEs consolidation and analysis. You will also support one specific region.

• Be responsible of the WW consolidation of FTEs & Personnel costs for Quarterly Rolling Forecast, Budget and 3Y plan (guidelines, drivers’ analysis, guarantee realism of projections, challenge market estimates, risks & opportunities).
• Ensure accurate planning and reporting, particularly with HQ Team, Group Finance and Regional teams.
• Analyze monthly reporting data vs expectations and define controlling KPI’s.
• Responsible for filling in data in Richemont financial systems and communicating to HR counterpart all FTE related Group Financial guidelines.
• Also, you’ll participate in the Maison dashboard, workflows and tools’ evolution.
• Follow remuneration scheme changes impact on financials.
• Act as the main responsible for KPI’s/bonus simulation.
• Business partnering one specific region in all financial cycles (actuals, quarterly, forecasts, budget), investment requests and assessing business risks and opportunities.
