The firm operates from Geneva, London, Paris, and Barcelona, and currently holds investments in Switzerland, the UK, Spain, and France while actively pursuing new opportunities across Europe.

Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and data-driven, PITHOS partners with management teams to accelerate growth, professionalize operations, and unlock long-term value.

PITHOS is looking for an exceptional candidate to join its team in Geneva to oversee the development of its portfolio in Switzerland.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities, including platforms, add-ons, individual assets, and development projects.
  • Collaborate with brokers, investment banks, private companies, and advisors to help originate and assess deal flow.
  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to underwrite potential transactions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of investment memoranda and materials for investment committee presentations.
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals, in close coordination with senior team members.
  • Coordinate due diligence work streams (financial, legal, technical, market) across internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Asset Management
  • Monitor the performance of portfolio assets, including financial metrics, leasing, and operational KPIs.
  • Help implement value creation initiatives (leasing strategies, capex programs, operational improvements).
  • Work with property managers, leasing agents, and third-party operators to track asset-level performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Participate in the review and approval of asset budgets, capex plans, and renovation projects.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Real Estate Investment, or Management Consulting with real estate exposure.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and due diligence.
  • Familiarity with European real estate markets and transactional processes is preferred.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in Real Estate and Private Equity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
