Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) professionals provide advisory services across a broad spectrum of services: finance function transformation, performance management, consolidated reporting, accounting excellence, treasury, optimization of financial processes and internal control, and accounting assistance for transactions.

Your key responsibilities- Support clients in implementing new accounting standards and transforming their finance functions, reporting processes, and operating models.
- Collaborate with EY FAAS leadership in Switzerland to develop and execute client strategies.
- Work with specialists from different departments and subject‑matter experts to deliver integrated services across functions in an international team.
- Ensure the team fully understands client needs and expectations to produce client‑focused, clear, accurate, and well‑presented deliverables.
- Deliver work on time and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage and develop new opportunities related to FAAS projects, solutions, and relationships.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, complemented by relevant professional education (e.g., Swiss Certified Accountant, CPA, or ACCA).
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in audit and/or consulting, including expertise in the latest IFRS developments.
- Proactive, flexible and team‑oriented from concept through to implementation of projects, with intellectual curiosity and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to leverage external and internal networks in a fast‑paced, international environment and invest in sustainable relationships.
- English and French proficiency are prerequisites.
