Location: Genf
Key responsibilities
- Receive, classify,register and indexclients and bank documentation(KYC, CDD documents, screeningevidence, questionnaires, source-of-wealth/economicsand management of hold mail, etc).
- Ensure the recording of changes in directors, signatories, addresses, as well as populate the GED system, digitize documents, ensure quality of images,etc.
Addand keep up-to-datepowers of attorney and various banking forms. - Validate e-banking / credit cards / particular fees.
- Manage the safes(clients’ visits).
- Controlsignatures of clients.
- Verify dossier completeness against KYC/CDD checklists and internal policies; elevate missing itemsandmonitorremediation.
- Maintain up-to-date information provided on our internal IT toolregardingvarious registers of commerce.
- Handle requests forcredit cards in the relevant app.
- Update and draft procedures,playbook sand operating modes for file management; contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to users on document submission standards and confidentiality best practices.
- Regular review of duplicate entries in the system.
- Education:
BAin compliance, law or finance, CAS in Compliance a plus. - Experience:
a min. of2–5 years in banking compliance, AML/KYCoperationsor records management within a regulated financial environment. - Regulatory knowledge: AML/CFT fundamentals, GDPR, banking secrecy, retentionobligationsand familiarity with regulator expectations (FINMA, CDB, etc).
- Technical skills: GED tools, document imaging/scanning, Excel (advanced), familiarity with screening/transactionmonitoringsystemsdefinitelyaplus.
- Soft skills:
high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, discretion and respect for confidentiality, analytical mindset, ability to prioritize, teamwork and clear communication. - Languages:
Frenchand/or English, anyadditionallanguage being a plus.
