  • Prepare and review VAT returns, corporate income tax filings, withholding tax declarations, and other statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory audits and tax submissions.
  • Oversee treasury and cash management activities, including bank reconciliations, payment processes, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for management and Group reporting purposes.
  • Monitor intercompany transactions, recharge processes, and transfer pricing support documentation.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper supporting documentation for all transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, approval workflows, and the Group’s delegation of authority framework.
  • Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting quality, and automation initiatives.
  • Support the CFO with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting requests, and finance‑related projects.
YOUR BACKGROUND
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. Swiss Certified Expert, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, tax, or audit roles, preferably within an international environment.

  • Good understanding of IFRS and Group reporting environments.
  • Hands‑on experience managing accounting operations independently.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
