Operations Officer - M​/F

Our client is a prestigious and well-established financial institution in Geneva, offering an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment within a dynamic and close-knit team.

To support its continued growth, we are seeking an Operations Officer - M/F to work alongside the Head of Middle Office and contribute to the smooth running of wealth management and alternative investment operations.

• Perform monthly portfolio, NAV and AuM reconciliations across multiple custodians.
• Monitor fund valuations and ensure the accuracy of pricing data within the Portfolio Management System.
• Maintain portfolio data and process manual updates where required.
• Monitor corporate actions and support pre- and post-trade controls.
• Follow up on settlement issues and failed trades with custodians and counter parties.
• Update and maintain private markets trackers, including capital calls, distributions and valuations.
• Escalate discrepancies and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

• 2–5 years of experience in Middle Office, Fund Operations, Custody or Wealth Management.
• Exposure to alternative investments and multi-custodian environments is an asset.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with portfolio management systems such as Wize, APX or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent English is required;
  French would be a plus.
