Senior Financial Analyst Manufacturing; m​/f​/d

• Partner with Plant Leadership, Senior Manager Operations Controlling EU, and Finance leadership to establish and maintain standard plant reporting, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Act as the financial contact to the plant, supporting budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and monthly and quarterly variance analysis with clear financial commentary.
• Steer plant-level controlling activities, including cost of sales analysis, inventory valuation, and variance explanations to support operational decision‑making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and month‑end close activities in compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, SOX, and Veralto accounting policies.
• Own the capital expenditure (Cap Ex) reporting and forecasting process for the region, including financial review of operational investment proposals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or senior cost accounting role.
• Demonstrated experience with manufacturing cost accounting, including inventory valuation, cost of sales, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, and SOX compliance requirements.
• Strong ERP experience;
  Oracle Fusion experience preferred (other ERPs acceptable).
• Fluent in English and French.
