The Investment Counsellor Analyst (ICA) role is key in the delivery of investment solutions to our clients. They are client-facing, deal with ISPS specialists, are working very closely with more senior Investment Counsellors (IC). Impact is investment revenues: annuity fees (mutual funds, discretionary mandates fees, Private Equity fees, Real Estate fees, Hedge Funds fees and advisory fees) and Brokerage and Trading fees (FX spreads, equities, bonds, funds brokerage, SP spreads.).

In This Role You Will:- Support ICAs on all administrative tasks
- Customer Information Program (CIP)/AMG Integration Platform (AIP) reports, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reports, Sales Quality Standard (SQS) issues, updating spreadsheets, presentations, finding information on products and investment mandates.
- Prepare account reviews alongside ICAs and help ICs to prepare for client meetings
- Preparation of business trips and help ICs with follow up after the trip
- Gaining strong and thorough knowledge of the various asset classes and investment products
- Be an efficient back-up for the ICAs in their absence (example: client request for research)
- Pro-actively review/investment proposal to clients in close co-operation with the ICAs
- Perform investment initiatives, including preparation of materials for product campaigns, switches, pitch book generation, portfolio optimizations, weekly IC/Relationship Management (RM) meetings
- Follow up on recommendations (limit orders, entry points, executions)
- Advise on corporate actions with advice from the ICs
- Learn and understand the basics of asset allocation and portfolio optimization
- Liaise with product specialists i.e. for bond and equity lists, research and others
- Execute market orders in Avaloq
- Learn how to analyze portfolios and choose products from our offering
- Maintain a good level of general financial knowledge and asset classes and investment products
- Attend the Market Strategy Focus and Regional Sales meetings
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Multitasking abilities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills: excel, visual basic, Power Point
- Keen ability to grasp details
- Risk conscious, in particular on the trading side
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player, high achiever, quick to learn, positive attitude

- High capacity to handle stress
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Be available to work full-time between February 2027 to July 2027
- Studying in a Swiss School and under master degree graduating in 2027
