The Senior Operations Controller is a strategic finance partner supporting the Operations departments. He/she drives financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across operations, while supporting transversal topics such as costing, margin analysis, CAPEX and digital transformation. He/She will also have the mission of establishing, developing and leading the new Customer Service Controlling activity. He/She will report to the Operations Performance Controlling Senior Manager.

• Business Partner Operations
  • Act as the financial business partner to Operations departments (Stones, Purchasing, Innovation, Logistics, etc.)
  • Produce and analyze consolidated reporting for Operations departments
  • Ensure reliability and ownership of financial data
  • Deliver insightful analysis on performance, trends, and risks
• Operations & Métiers Reporting
  • Consolidate all financial information related to Operations & Métiers department
  • Ensure data quality, participate in data collection process improvement
  • Participate in the elaboration of a "control tower" view of the Operations & Métiers department
• Controlling Leadership for Customer Service
  • Establish, develop, and lead the controlling function for the Customer Service division, which is currently non-existent in close collaboration with our Retail Customer Service department
  • Define and implement comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes specifically tailored for Customer Service.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis of Customer Service performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for Customer Service, ensuring the achievement of financial objectives.
• B&O and Purchases Controlling
  • Establish, develop and lead the controlling of the O&M Real Estate cost by ensuring a full understanding of our costs, making sure benchmarks and best practices are clear for stakeholders
  • Be the single-entry point of contact for Indirect Purchases, both for VCA and Group Controlling
• Digital & Reporting Transformation
  • Drive reporting improvements and automation initiatives
  • Participate in deployment of reporting tools (e.g., Looker, dashboards)
  • Anticipate business needs and propose innovative solutions
