Relationship Manager Assistant

We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager Assistant on behalf of a well-established Multi Family Office based in Geneva.

• Support the Relationship Manager in the day-to-day management of a portfolio of private clients.
• Handle account openings, closings and maintenance, ensuring all client documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and update KYC and onboarding documentation in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Process client instructions, including payments, foreign exchange, cash transfers and securities transactions.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and provide a responsive, professional and high-quality level of service.
• Coordinate with external counter parties, custodians and internal service providers to ensure efficient execution of client requests.
• Maintain strong documentary discipline and ensure all client records are complete and compliant.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as required.

• Fluency in French and English.
• Valid Swiss work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience within a private bank, Multi Family Office or Independent Asset Manager.
• Solid experience supporting Relationship Managers and handling banking operations.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
