A discreet, systematically driven proprietary trading firm is selectively expanding its options market‑making capability as it prepares to launch live trading in 2026.

The firm operates across stat‑arb and market making, with a clear appetite to further build out its HFT and options trading activities. Trading spans both listed and OTC options, with flexibility to engage across all asset classes excluding equities and crypto. The platform is research‑led, well‑capitalised, and designed to give experienced traders meaningful autonomy, strong infrastructure, and direct engagement with senior decision‑makers.

This opportunity is based in Geneva, and the firm is specifically interested in individuals who are willing to live and work in Geneva as part of a highly collaborative, in‑person trading environment. The culture is professional, low‑politics, and performance‑driven, with a strong preference for buy‑side pedigrees and entrepreneurial mindsets.

• Experienced options market makers (listed and/or OTC)
• Background in proprietary trading or hedge funds (sell‑side profiles not in scope)
• Exposure to rates, commodities, FX, ETFs, futures, or options strategies
• Strong understanding of volatility, pricing, risk management, and market microstructure
• Mid‑level to senior professionals, including those who have run risk or a book
• Comfortable operating in a Geneva‑based, on‑site trading environment
