I'm currently partnering with a well-established commodities trading firm in Geneva that is looking to hire an experienced Metals Middle Office Specialist to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in physical metals trading who enjoys working at the heart of the trading lifecycle, collaborating closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Logistics.

• Managing the trade lifecycle from execution through to settlement.
• Ensuring accurate trade capture and maintaining data integrity.
• Performing position, P&L, and inventory reconciliations.
• Investigating and resolving trade and settlement discrepancies.
• Supporting risk controls and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

• 3+ years experience in a Middle Office role within commodities trading.
• Strong knowledge of physical metals (base and/or precious metals).
• A solid understanding of trade lifecycle processes and operational risk.
• Experience using ETRM/CTRM systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (French is beneficial but not essential).
