QNB Group is seeking a seasoned Operational Risk Manager to strengthen the second line of defense for private banking in a FINMA-regulated environment. You will lead the development and implementation of an enhanced ORMF, drive risk culture, and ensure robust oversight of operational, credit, and regulatory risks.
Key responsibilities include establishing risk appetite, KRIs, MORA, and RCSA, while partnering with senior stakeholders and external auditors.
