Mission

Integrated within UBP’s Operations department, the Fees team manages the day to day application and collection of fees from clients’ accounts and market counter parties group wise. The team has an interdisciplinary role in a fast-paced environment : it supports the Front Office for fees queries and works in close collaboration with the other departments of the Asset and Wealth management divisions of UBP.

Its main missions are as follows:

  • Create, amend and maintain the base fees schedules group wise.
  • Set-up, amend and manage the clients’ fees exceptions.
  • Set-up, amend and manage the brokers and other internal counter parties fees exceptions.
  • Perform appropriate follow-up on outstanding fee setups or requests.
  • Daily support to internal clients, including but not limited to Front Office, WM Business leads, Finance and other teams within the Operations department.
  • Prepare and manage the quarterly fees billing, follow-up on quarterly billing tasks, including manual billing exceptions.
  • Actively take part in the bank’s repricing initiatives, support WM leads on fees opportunities.
  • Actively take part in other projects impacting the Fees team.

    Review existing control framework to identify procedural loopholes or enhancement opportunities. Be able to raise concerns and propose mitigations or enhancement solutions. Be able to support audit requests, in coordination with the team’s supervisor or manager.

    Proactively help others and work for a common goal. Be open to others’ ideas, express opinion in a constructive way.
Your Profile
  • French and English speaking mandatory. Other languages is a plus.
  • Preferrably knowledgeable in market finance : understands the various financial instruments, the trading and reconciliation flows as well as the custody chain.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office pack, specifically Microsoft Excel. Other VBA/Python/R skills is a plus.
