We are looking for an Investor Relations professional to drive UNIQ’s capital raising and serve as the strategic interface with its global investor base. This role sits at the intersection of fundraising, investor communication, and strategic storytelling, shaping how UNIQ attracts, converts, and scales relationships with sophisticated families and institutional partners. You will own the investor engagement lifecycle — from onboarding and reporting to strategic communications and fundraising execution — translating complex investment strategies into clear, compelling narratives while working closely with the investment and leadership teams to ensure precision, consistency, and excellence at the pace and standards of a fast-scaling, regulated investment firm.

• Manage end-to-end fundraising efforts across UNIQ’s Growth Catalyst (private markets) activities including in-house funds, co-investment opportunities and access to some of the hardest-to-access private market managers
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with sophisticated families, family offices, and institutional investors
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential investors, including preparation of roadshows, marketing materials, data rooms, and targeted outreach strategies
• Support the investment team in structuring private market offerings and fund documentation to facilitate investor participation
• Support LP engagement throughout the investment lifecycle, from initial discussions to ongoing portfolio updates

• Primary point of contact for investors across Growth Catalyst activities
• Ability to represent UNIQ’s Investment Management (Wealth Management) activities when appropriate and passed on to appropriate tea
• Build long-term, high-trust relationships with investors, partners, and introducers
• Craft and execute strategic storytelling initiatives that reinforce UNIQ’s brand, vision, and investment philosophy
• Coordinate with leadership and investment teams to ensure alignment between firm strategy, communications, and investor expectations
• Identify opportunities to deepen engagement, drive repeat investment, and expand UNIQ’s investor base
• Act as an internal feedback channel, outlining investor sentiment, client needs, market expectations and fundraising priorities to investment and leadership teams

• Responsible for the investor communication strategy, including periodic reporting, performance updates, capital call and distribution notices, and ad-hoc communications in coordination with the investment and leadership teams
• Translate investment activity into clear, client-friendly narratives, bridging portfolio managers, investment teams, and investors
