Application Support Specialist - Front Office

We are looking for an Intern within the IT Operations department to provide application support for Front tools (Wealth Management) to the client-facing and operational units of Lombard Odier (Europe) S.A., as well as to our external partners.

YOUR ROLE
  • Provide functional support for Wealth Management applications
  • Identify, resolve, and troubleshoot all issues raised within the team
  • Ensure maximum availability of applications and deliver quick solutions to Front teams’ queries
  • Participate in quality checks and drafting of new application release
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong interest in the banking sector
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills with a keen interest in client interaction
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
