Location: Genf

Responsibilities

Provide clients with customized integrated financial solutions covering international trade finance, cross-border settlement, and foreign exchange hedging.

Conduct marketing and business development for international trade finance products, expand and maintain key client relationships, prepare business reports, drive project implementation, and achieve targets related to business volume, revenue, and risk control.

Oversee end-to-end risk management of trade finance operations, review transaction documents and the authenticity of trade backgrounds, identify cross-border business risks, country risks, foreign exchange risks, and compliance risks, and improve risk control procedures and operational processes.

Monitor global trade trends and cross-border market developments, analyze industry trends, and optimize product strategies and pricing systems.

Requirements

Familiar with the full range of trade finance products and services, including letters of credit, import/export financing, bank guarantees, forfaiting, cross-border factoring, and structured trade finance solutions. Proficient in international settlement rules, foreign exchange administration policies, and cross-border financial regulatory requirements.

Minimum of 3 years of frontline experience in international business or trade finance in banking sector, with solid knowledge of the full operational and management process of commercial bank trade finance services.

Possess established client resources and the ability to independently develop clients, design solutions, conduct business negotiations, and execute projects successfully.

Strong capability in identifying and assessing trade finance related risks. Highly responsible, logical thinker, with excellent coordination, data analysis, and teamwork skills.
