The strategy is distinctive: capital is deployed evenly across Europe and the US, with a meaningful growth-oriented tilt. What sets them apart is the culture, not just the strategy. The investment committee is flat, Associates attend every IC, present sections of the memo themselves, and are expected to have a point of view. More broadly, the team is non-hierarchical and self-starting by design — everyone, regardless of title, is expected to originate deals and jump onto intro calls.

- Work deals with typical ticket sizes of $20-25M, in both lead and syndicate positions
- Prepare and present sections of the investment memo directly to the IC
- Source and help originate new deal opportunities across the European and US markets
- Participate in intro and diligence calls with GPs and co-investors as a genuine contributor, not just support staff
- Collaborate closely with a small, flat team where individual initiative directly shapes deal flow and outcomes
- Prior experience in M&A advisory and/or PE, with the modelling rigor and work ethic that background instills
- Strong, demonstrable corporate finance fundamentals — asset-level underwriting and technical case study performance are the key differentiators sought
- Genuine interest in the investment decision itself, not just the technical craft of building models
- Comfortable operating with limited direction in a small, flat-structured team
- Strong communicator, confident enough to source deals, speak up in IC, and lead on intro calls
- Fluent English required;
French and/or German are a plus given the fund's LP base - Based in, or willing to relocate to, Geneva or Zurich
