Un hôtel de luxe renommé à Genève recherche un Superviseur Expérience Client pour assurer un service exceptionnel. Vous serez responsable de l'accueil des clients VIP, de la supervision de l'exécution des expériences clients et de la gestion des retours. Le candidat idéal a au minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans l'hôtellerie de luxe, maîtrise le français et l'anglais, et possède de fortes compétences en leadership et en service client.
