Un hôtel de luxe à Genève recherche un Night Auditor pour gérer l'accueil des clients pendant la nuit. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en hôtellerie haut de gamme et au moins 5 ans d'expérience en réception. Le poste exige également la maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, avec une aptitude à gérer les plaintes clients en toute diplomatie.
