Four Seasons Genève recherche un(e) concierge pour assurer l’accueil des clients, la gestion des demandes et la communication avec l’équipe interne. Le candidat idéal maîtrise le français et l’anglais, possède un sens aigu du service et sait rester calme en situations d’urgence.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les portiers et bagagistes, veillerez au bon fonctionnement du desk et du back office, et serez responsable de la caisse concierge. Poste en contrat à temps plein, sur site.
