Une organisation humanitaire basée à Genève recherche un(e) responsable RH pour la région Afrique francophone. Le poste requiert une expérience significative dans la gestion des ressources humaines, idéalement dans un contexte multiculturel et humanitaire. Le candidat doit être capable de superviser les politiques RH, assurer leur conformité, et gérer les interactions humaines dans un environnement souvent sensible. Un niveau avancé de français et d'anglais est exigé, tout comme la capacité de voyager fréquemment sur le terrain.
