Aufgaben umfassen die Organisation von HR-Aktivitäten und die Schnittstelle zu Bundesbehörden. Erforderlich sind ein eidgenössisches Diplom, mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Personalverwaltung und sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch und Deutsch.
