Senior HR Specialist

On behalf of our client, a company based in Geneva, we are currently looking for a:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations.
• Handle sensitive and confidential HR cases with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as the right hand of the HR Director, providing daily operational and strategic support.
• Lead and contribute to HR projects, such as AI and digitalization.
• Collaborate closely with managers and employees to provide HR.
• Support HR reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for the HR Director and management.

• Previous experience as a HR Generalist with exposure to all HR functions, including sensitive cases.
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
