Learning Manager

We are looking for a Learning Manager for the project of Security Learning for one of our clients in Geneva.

What you will do:

• Lead the development and execution of a strategic learning roadmap for Group Security,
• Effectuate needs analysis and curriculum design and performance measurement,
• Oversee the creation and delivery of blended learning materials,
• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy,
• Ensure that training programs meet the expectations of the key stakeholders,
• Manage relationships with external vendors to source, develop, or modify training solutions, including translation services as needed,
• Develop and implement methods to measure the effectiveness of security training programs,
• Lead a team of 3 learning professionals.

What you need to have:

• Experience in developing and implementing learning strategies and roadmaps,
• Expertise in designing and developing engaging and effective blended learning content,
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, collaborative tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant learning technologies.
• Expertise on adult learning principles and best practices.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources.
• Fluency in English is essential;
  French is a strong advantage.
