OCG’smulti-yearstrategicambitions(SA2026-31),ensuringalignmentwith

MSF’smovement-widestrategicandresourceframeworks(SPARC),andbalancingcompetingprioritiesinsupportofmedicaloperationalneeds,resilienceandthesocialmission.

The General Directorappointsthedepartmentaldirectorsandleadsthe Management Team ,fostersacultureofintegrity,accountability,inclusionandperformance,andensureseffectivecollaborationbetweenheadquarters,regionalhubsandfieldoperations.

Within

MSF’sassociativegovernancemodel,the General Directorworkscloselywiththe Boardof Directors ,OCGCongressand
